De Cecco Egg Garganelli 250g
Garganelli are short ridged macaroni with pointed ends cut on a slant. The thinly rolled dough is cut into squares and rolled around a stick, thus obtaining tubular pasta shapes with a ridged outer surface. Typical of Romagna, they derive their name from the chicken's gullet, which is called "garganel" in the local dialect. De Cecco Egg Garganelli are made by kneading durum wheat flour with fresh class a free-range eggs. Ridged bronze wire-drawing makes this a unique and inimitable egg pasta that goes well with any sauce.
